Sourced from the famed James Berry Vineyard in the Paso Robles, Willow Creek District, this site is well known for producing some of California's greatest wines. This exquisite 2023 vintage sees the Grenache and Mataro destemmed and the Syrah and the Roussanne with 50% stem inclusion. After sorting, all four varietals were cold soaked for 48 hrs and cofermented together in a stainless steel vat for approximately 3 weeks, with twice daily maintenance including pump overs, delastage and punch downs prior to pressing into a homogonized vessel and ultimately barreled down into French oak (Atelier) barrels of varying toast levels.
